2 (15 ounces each) cans Black Beans, drained 2 Roma Tomatoes, diced Juice of 1 Fresh Lime 2 Serrano Chilies, diced 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar 1/2 teaspoon Sugar 2 tablespoons Cilantro, minced
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the beans, tomatoes, lime juice, chilies, olive oil, vinegar, sugar and cilantro.
2. Mix well to combine.
3. Cover and chill for 2 hours before ready to serve.
