Homemade Green Salsa

 
Ingredients -

4-5 good sized Tomatillo, peeled (green tomatoes)
1-2 Jalapeno Chili Peppers
small White Onion
1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
1 tablespoon White Vinegar
Fresh Cilantro

 
Preparation:

1. Boil the first 4 ingredients in a saucepan for 15 minutes or until the tomatillo softens.

2. In a blender or food processor, combine the contents of the saucepan, the cilantro and vinegar and blend until it reaches the desired consistency.

3. Serve immediately with favorite accompaniments.
