Hot Black Bean Salsa

 
Ingredients -

2 cans Black Beans, drained and rinsed
1 Onion, chopped
1 Green Bell Pepper chopped
1 Red Bell Pepper chopped
1 or 2 Jalapeños, cleaned and diced, remove seeds and membranes for less heat
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Tabasco
Salt and Pepper to taste

 
Preparation:

1. In a medium saucepan, heat the oil over medium-high heat.

2. Add the onions, bell peppers and jalapenos and cook until softened.

3. Add the beans, Tabasco sauce and season, to taste with salt and pepper.

4. Heat until hot.

5. Serve with favorite chips or cut vegetables.
