2 ripe, but firm, Mangoes 1/2 teaspoon minced Jalapeno Pepper 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped cilantro leaves 1 tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cardamom or Coriander
1. Peel the mangoes and cut into coarse pieces.
2. Add to a bowl with the jalapenos, cilantro, lime juice and coriander.
3. Mix well to combine.
4. Serve with tortilla chips or on fish tacos.
