Tomato with Green Chilies and Jalapeno Pepper

 
Ingredients -

1 (10 ounces) can Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies, undrained
1 tablespoon seeded and chopped Jalapeno Pepper
1 tablespoon chopped Red Onion
1 tablespoon minced Fresh Cilantro
1 Garlic Clove, minced
1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Coarse Salt, to taste
Fresh Ground Black Pepper, to taste
Tortilla Chips

 
Preparation:

1. Combine all ingredients except for the tortilla chips and mix well to combine.

2. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours before ready to serve.
